Party Pig Complex n. condition where a person is so involved in a project, that is an obvious fail, they are unable to recognize the inevitable awfulness and continue to plug ahead. Usually used to describe a craft, gift or party project.

Derived from the time I tried to drive to the Party Pig in Austin for Halloween decorations only to find out that location was closed. I should have turned around and gone home, but I was determined to have a spectacular Halloween party! It was a fail.
