Recycled Cardboard Christmas Wreath

The inside of a Piperlime box happens to be my favorite shade of green. I've only ordered one pair of shoes from them, and I wasn't even sure I was going to keep them before I ripped the box apart for a craft project.

I was going to make these notebooks I saw on Design*Sponge. Then I saw this wreath on the CRAFT Magazine blog. The maker has directions on her blog and is also selling a pdf of homemade holiday craft ideas on Etsy.

I, of course, just winged it. I cut out varying leaf shapes, glued them together with Elmer's and used my favorite red twill tape to hang it on my apartment door.

I bought the buttons off of Etsy for $2.75. So this was a $2.75 wreath (not counting the $50 shoes I had to buy to get the box in the first place.)
