Maxwell, best known for covering Kate Bush's "This Woman's Work"*^ in the 90s, had a sold out show in D.C. Three sold out shows actually, and he hasn't released an album in seven years.
The best part? Security couldn't control the crowd of rabid fans.
Seriously.
This has to be some sort of economic indicator or new horseman of the Apocalypse.
