Pretty Little Mess Hall: Pasta Sauce

My go-to marinara pasta sauce:

Serves 2-4 people

Ingredients
1 16 oz. can Muir Glen Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
2-3 cloves garlic
olive oil
red pepper flakes
salt
pepper

Instructions
1. Lightly coat bottom of pan (not pot) with olive oil. Put on medium heat.
2. Whack, peel and finely dice garlic. Add to pan. Let sizzle for a couple of minutes.
3. Add crushed red pepper flakes. Let sizzle for a minute.
4. Remove from heat. Add can of tomatoes.
5. Put back on medium heat.
6. Add salt, pepper to taste.
7. After it starts to bubble, reduce heat and cook until tomatoes are tender.

Serve over pasta with a sturdy shape like farfalle or penne.
